It all revolves around Rebecca Bloomwood (Isla Fisher), who's a shopaholic. After she falls flat on the ground with all her debts and unemployment, she needs to find a solution-- QUICK! So after getting drunk and accidentally sent a convincing letter to Successful Savings magazine, she had landed herself a job the next day as financial journalist known as the Girl in the Green scarf. She quickly became famous and has fallen head over her Jimmy Choo's heels for her Successful Savings boss, Luke Brandon (Hugh Dancy). But just as her life was getting better, everything was ruined as her secrets begin to reveal, as well as her friendship and also her newly found romance. After being humilated infront of a live camera and audiences, she decided to turn her life around and start a new one. One of them was to control her shopping addiction and second was to earn back her trust from her friends.
